Chateau Puy Bardens
Chateau Puy Bardens is profound in history and was established by a Spanish clan in the 17th Century and completed in 1864. The Chateau is located at Bordeaux, the world renowned French city famous for providing quality wine. It occupied an area of 22 hectare comprising of the castle, the chateau and the winery. It is a wine-growing AOC and the appellation of the origin is slightly higher than Bordeaux and Bordeaux Superieur. The soil of the Chateau generally contains gravel, lime and clay. Such soil diversity and prime environment enables the wine of Puy Bardens to develop its exclusive characteristics. The wine produced in 2013 won the Medaille d’Or of the 2015 Concours General Agricole Paris.
The grape varieties of Chateau Puy Bardens are merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. The crystal clear ruby red wine is fruity in smell and graceful in taste, going well with grilled steak.
